Mr. sockland. fr is the result of a reflection as a chef on the organization of my day-to-day work. I had to meet three basic criteria:
1- regulations (hygiene and safety)
2-Management (price, product integrity, DLC, quick barcode reading)
3- efficiency (optimization of manual and handwritten tasks)

So I have developed this program that will bring to all managers of collective catering a playful tool that goes to the essentials of our profession.

Registration will allow you to have access with your identifiers, to your own secure information about your operation.

A one-month trial is offered to test Stockland.fr.

You will have access to more than 1100 basic products, pre-defined and modifiable sectors, such as, (example: reserve1, reserve2, cold room BOF, negative cold room, suppliers, ect...)

Subscription

A subscription will be offered if you wish, ranging from 6 months to 1 year reconductable.

The raw material!
each product has its own technical sheet with:
Its category, product type and place of storage
Its measurement (kg, Litre, ect...), as well as the grammage per person

The minimum stock to alert you to your next orders
Sound or barcodes for faster processing (with a USB or bluetooth barcode reader)

The recipes

Recipes are made using your own products
They fall into six categories:

You create a recipe name on your left with its category and you can then select it on the right to insert your products.
The recipe is built on a base of 10 people
If you change the number of guests it will change the quantities
A recipe progress sheet will then allow you to print with all the information.

Menus

The construction of a menu is done in seconds.
- choose the week
- Choose the day (noon or evening)
- Insert your recipes through its simplified interface
- Each menu is editable ...

Suppliers

Quickly develop the list of your suppliers with phone number, address, customer number, etc.

The management of the guests
Stockland offers a program that will allow you to retain your guests.

- First, create a card for each person
- Thanks to a personal card with a unique barcode, which you will give it to him, he will be able to credit it by the means of payment that you are used to use and then by the interface of the 'meal ticket' management program, you can easily add the credits purchased.
- All he has to do is pass his card in front of a simple barcode reader connected to the program via a phone, tablet or a computer to validate the meal

- Various tabs for management are available, such as: Access to the history of meals served, the list of 'delayers', etc.

With the recipe management program, developing a menu is a breeze and you can print it (in A4 format) with a simple click and then display it in the room.

Stocks
Inventory management is a very important element
Stockland.fr offers you for this:

- Be alerted when the product and x days before its expiration
- Make a cumulative entry or exit of a product between 2 dates
- Check the expiry of all products over a defined period (1 to 6 months)
- Show the list of expired products (but logically they will appear in Alert on the home page)
- View a list of products whose stock is below what was expected to order. Tell the quantity and the print will get you the list in A4 format
- An inventory for each local of the products still in stock but also the list of all existing products in this place
- And many other parameters that are useful to us every day and which I answered with a script adapted to the problem concerned.
Meal tickets
Personally I have encountered many problems regarding the management of meals served to 'commensaux'
So I designed a program based on reading a personal card as the guest passed by to charge him a meal credit.

A barcode reader connected to a phone, tablet or computer will record the information in the day's history

The management of a possible error is provided in the interface of the program and will resolve very simply with a few clicks.

The person with no more credit is notified when it is less than 3 tickets
